To reach the Second Sea in Blox Fruits, you must be at least level 700, complete the Military Detective quest involving the Ice Admiral, and then speak with the Experienced Captain in Middle Town. Follow the steps below in order; the final trip is started by the Captain after the quest is complete.
Requirement for Sea 2
Reach level 700. The Military Detective will not give you the Sea 2 quest before you meet this requirement. If the quest dialogue is unavailable, check your level and speak to the Detective again after leveling up.
Steps to unlock and enter Sea 2
- Speak to the Military Detective at the Prison. At level 700, talk to him to receive the key and instructions for the Ice Admiral quest.
- Go to Frozen Village. Enter the cave where the Ability Teacher is located and use the key on the wooden door.
- Defeat the Ice Admiral. After opening the door, defeat the boss inside the cave.
- Return to the Military Detective. Talk to him again after the fight so the quest advances.
- Travel to Middle Town. Speak with the Experienced Captain and choose the option to travel to the Second Sea.
If the Sea 2 option does not appear
- Confirm that your character has reached level 700.
- Check that you received the key from the Military Detective and used it on the Frozen Village cave door.
- Make sure you defeated the Ice Admiral and returned to the Detective afterward.
- Speak to the Experienced Captain in Middle Town only after the quest is complete.
After you arrive
Second Sea quests and enemies are designed for higher-level characters. Follow the quest giver’s level requirements, set a nearby spawn point when available, and upgrade your build as you progress. If you are still learning the basics, see our Blox Fruits beginner guide.
